Take two, Jiffy corn muffin mixes. Tear them open and pour the mixes into a large bowl. Add one can of creamed corn and one can of green chiles. I prefer mild green chiles. I do not drain them. I then added 2 eggs and a splash of 1/2&1/2. I mixed it all together and cooked it in small batches in my air-fryer on 360 for 15 minutes. Adjust time as needed. The best cornbread I have ever made. A bit of heat from the chiles but not too bad.
