Me when people extol the virtues of a vegan diet.

I’ve been eating nothing but eggs, meat and dairy for 2 weeks now. I am down 11lbs since I started on Jan. 1. I am down 24 lbs since I began adjusting my diet (read: trying but not trying to eat carnivore) last year. My inflammation is waaaaaay down. My hair as stopped falling out. Yes, my hair has been falling out for years. It’s a long story. Maybe I will tell it one day.

My body is showing more positive changes than just the number on the scale and that is always good.

I will continue to give periodic updates. Good luck with whatever health goals you have set for 2019.
