Salt may just save your health

I do not have much time to write a great deal about this right now, but I will later. Today’s topic is salt. More specifically, the bad advice we have been given about salt for the last 50 years or so.


Suffice it to say that doctors continue to dish out expired medical advice without doing their own research to keep up with the changes in what works, and what does not. Information is coming to light that shows salt in our diets is not as deadly as we have been lead to believe. It may even save us from some issues we are having. I am going to modify my paleo diet to include more salt. Here is a LINK to what Dr. Mercola has to say about salt intake. I will stick to my pink salt and not go out to buy Redmond’s. Remember to take a potassium supplement if needed.
